Welcome to my blog! Raising Orthodox Christians is a site to inspire you on your journey as a parent and/or church school educator. My goal is to help the youngest Orthodox Christians experience and learn about the Orthodox Faith.

I am the author of What Do You See at Liturgy and What Can I Do at Divine Liturgy. One of the goals of my books is to help children set their minds on things above, not on things on the earth while at Divine Liturgy (Col 3:2). They have all week to think about princesses and race cars. When in church, I wanted my children to be able to have Orthodox books to help them redirect their thoughts to our purpose at Divine Liturgy.

The creation of My Orthodox Matching Game came about because I wanted my children to think about church during the week while having fun. They have plenty of secular matching games, so why not have an Orthodox one, too!

My in-house editor is my wonderful husband who is a graduate of Holy Cross Seminary. My inspiration are my two children who give me lots of ideas for books and activities. We’re raising our children to grow up to love the Lord God with all their heart, soul, strength and mind.
